HP's Announcement All sorts of things are in limbo pending HP's MPE announcement. Work continues on the membership database and OpenMPE web site. The Board discussed the discovery that 'openmpe.com' directs to Resource/3000.

Martin Update M. Pavinen is working on a 'communication plan' -- that seems to involve a meeting, possibly face-to-face. Martin hopes to soothe HP's concerns that releasing MPE will be a 'bad thing'.
