Meeting w/ HP The Board wants to meet with M. Pavinen next week (12th). B. Foster to extend the invitation. M. Perdue to merge above list with his 'spreadsheet' and send back to the Board. B. Foster would like to give the list to M. Pavinen on Monday (9th), so a fast turn around is necessary.

The Board is curious about the status of Strobe Data's emulator.

Encompass The Board has been approached regarding joining Encompass. B. Foster to extend an invitation to an Encompass leader to meet with the Board (probably on the 19th).

Election The election is pending. Much work needs to be done to get ready -- including the membership database, election web pages and web site in general.
