Build Review PSA B. Foster called M. Pavinen to find out if he's contacted Resource/3000. Resource/3000 has told B. Foster that they are quite busy for the upcoming month. M. Perdue is hoping to be part of the review process and asked to try to schedule the work around the Encompass conference.

Encompass OpenMPE's meeting will be on Tuesday. The schedule was changed to avoid having our meeting at the same time/room with SIG Migrate.

HP Support Information is being received about 'crumbling' HP support both for hardware and software. It is increasingly difficult to get to RC engineers that are MPE-knowledgeable. We are also hearing about contracts that have quietly dropped items.

MPE Certification P. Edwards asked again about MPE Certification status. He received a response that they're still working on it. They indicated an e-mail should go out next week (08/28).

Bill Lancaster B. Lancaster sent a letter to the Board expressing his desires to resign because he doesn't see an end coming soon to his Leave of Absence. The Board is disappointed over this 'missed opportunity' of getting to work with him. RESOLVED to accept Bill Lancaster's resignation and remove him from Board's mailing list. D. Hofmeister to send thank-you letter to B. Lancaster from the Board. B. Foster will be making phone calls this week to potential director replacements. B. Foster would also like additional candidate suggestions from the Board. A well-qualified candidate would have good advocacy skills.
