MPE Emulator		 A. Tibbetts reported there is no news from Strobe Data regarding an MPE emulator.

MPE Discussion		 The Board had a general discussion about things happening with MPE and HP.

Unless otherwise noted, all resolutions were carried by the unanimous vote of all members present.
