License Transfer D. Hofmeister asked if OpenMPE wanted to advocate for improving the MPE license transfer process.

Meeting w/ HP Since B. Foster was unable to join the meeting, Mike Paivinen was not brought into the meeting.

Anne Howard P. Edwards e-mailed background information on Anne Howard to the Board.
