HP Early Retirement An early retirement offering went out to HP employees. Many CSY'ers received packages. Some positions can be declared 'essential'. This could possibly change things with OpenMPE's negotiations with HP.

Topics for Meeting w/ HP Emulator licensing. RTU licensing. Software copy protection. HPSUSAN number recovery.

Next Meeting The next Board meeting will be on March 5th to ratify the election. The Board will be meeting on March 8th as well.

Election RESOLVED that the election voting hours shall be extended to midnight Pacific time.

Meeting w/ HP Jennie Hou, Mike Paivinen and Jeff Bandle were invited to join the Board meeting. The Board entered Executive Session.

Unless otherwise noted, all resolutions were carried by the unanimous vote of all members present.
