Emulator Letter B. Foster will sending letter to companies interested in building an MPE emulator.

Next Meeting D. Hofmeister to ask Jeff Bandle and Jennie Hou about their availability and send their responses to the Board for an email vote.

Unless otherwise noted, all resolutions were carried by the unanimous vote of all members present.
