Minutes RESOLVED that the minutes of: 18 October 2007 be ratified. A. Howard abstaining.

Web Site D. Hofmeister reported that there seems to be discrepancy between the amount of disc we think we're using and the amount Hostway thinks we're using. John Dunlop is trying to contact them to find out what's going on.

Meeting w/ HP Jennie Hou and Jeff Bandle were invited to join the Board meeting. The Board entered Executive Session.

Next Meeting The next meeting will be on November 9th.

Meeting w/ HP D. Hofmeister to send message to Ross McDonald and Jennie Hou to try to arrange a face-to-face meeting during the upcoming MPE Conference in San Francisco.
