Treasurer's Report P. Edwards reported that prior to paying tax preparation and website fees, the corporation has sufficient funds in the bank account to cover anticipated expenses. He anticipates there will be no taxes to pay this year since OpenMPE didn't have any income.

Bay Area MPE Conference T. Johnson reported on the conference. He mentioned that OpenMPE's concern about binary patching was discussed at the conference. HP again mentioned their concern over OpenMPE's "lack of track record". The offer was made to HP to allow OpenMPE to produce a patch.

Next Meeting The next meeting will be on December 6th. Jennie and Jeff will be in attendance.

Elections Begin thinking about the upcoming elections. This will be a business item in January.

Unless otherwise noted, all resolutions were carried by the unanimous vote of all members present.
