2008-11-20-01 Treasurer's Report	The Board discussed OpenMPE's official address. The donation web page still lists John Backus' address. D. Hofmeister to ask Paul Raulerson to update the web page,
2008-11-20-02 Meeting w/ HP	Jeff and Mike were invited to join the meeting. The Board entered Executive Session.
2008-11-20-03 Next meeting	Next Meeting will be on December 4th. Jeff will also be invited to attend.

Unless otherwise noted, all resolutions were carried by the unanimous vote of all members present.
